Question about Contest...
Are snipe going to count for the contest as well... BC has a season on snipe along with ducks and geese
Thanks. |
RE: Question about Contest...
i was thinking the same thing hopefully yes

RE: Question about Contest...
I would imagine if a bird is legally "water fowl" in a State or Province, it would be eligible for the contest.
EG; Sandhill cranes arelegal game here along with coots and snipe while swans are not. This is the reverse in some other places. I may be wrong though. Ron:D |
RE: Question about Contest...
Just my opinion. But really dont think snipe should be included. For my info do they migrate? Has anybody ever found a way to make them taste like anything other than mud.

RE: Question about Contest...
dove migrate, and they sometimes can be found near water...you want to count them as well? :D
|
RE: Question about Contest...
as a matter of fact snipe are waterfowl and they migrate and if they taste like dirt no offense but you need to learn how to cook
|
RE: Question about Contest...
Snipe really? someone would actually fire a $1 a round at one of those,, too each his own..
I guess im just going too have too kill 6 bbills a day a couple times a week! and yes 6 is my daily limit, and they make great jerky! |
RE: Question about Contest...
Hey Saulthunter,
Give me a good recipe for snipe cause they are thick. The old wrapped in bacon and BQued made them taste like hog layin in mud. But then again im not much of a cook. But ican make a duck taste decent. |
RE: Question about Contest...
