The eastern U.S. is a big area you need to narrow it down some
so that you can get pointed to the right people. I am sure some
of us on here would like to help you out. But from what you are
asking covers way to big of an area.

What I would do if I was you would be to check with a few different
states to find out the hunting fees exc. so you would have a better
idea on where you want to hunt at. As travel, lodging, and the rest
of the coststhat you would encounter might help you decide.
As the atlantic flyway is big and different states have different
hunting seasons.
