We got 4 more this morning, I got 2 and my dad got 2. I should have had another but it locked its wings and made it to a corn field and it was a lost cause. I will be back out in the morning so we will see how it goes, we have not been skunked since opening day.

All right guys I am going Tomorrow, I will be taking my 5 year old on his first trip so it is only going to be an evening affair. He goes back with his mom monday and I plan on hitting them a few evenings next week and all day Friday and Saturday, (We can't hunt on Sunday here in Va.)

Deadstick those are some beatiful fields you are hunting, and the geese are so clean. Wait til you see some of ours we hunt tidal marsh and at low tide things get real muddy.

Good Hunting guys.

We need to add some birds to our list. I will be going out next weekend when season opens back up and there are 300 birds on the lake we will be hunting. It should be a good weekend.

I'll be going on Saturday morning as well - trying to get into some ducks as well (goose limit has dropped to 3 now in North Dakota).

You can only do that if you stay in the boat. But you are more than welcome to go for a walk or swim.
