I'm looking for a sika skull & antlers to replace a set that was damaged when my mount fell off the wall. I know you can not sell or buy deer parts in MD so it would have to be a donation.

I contacted the DNR and they were unable to help.

Since a Sika deer is not native to PA and is not a game animal in PA, if it is legal to sell it in the state the seller lives in, it would be legal to buy or sell a Sika skull and rack in PA so long as the animal was lawfully taken in the state or country of origin.
