there are several lease sites online that have KY and IL....

BTW WESTERN KY is not the best part of the disite what you read.. The area between Lexington and Louisville has some monster deer and not hunted as hard also has few commercial hunting operations.

Default Illinois land lease

Be carefull about leasing land in Illinois. the good deer hunting is in west central part of the state. The going rate is between $20 to $50 per acre and most of the good ground is gone. some leases limit the amount of hunters that can be on the ground at one time. Also say the farm is 300 acres, usually its mostly tillable ground and hardly any timber ground. you get between 10 to 30 acres of timber ground to hunt but yet have to pay for the entire 300 acres. I sure don't want to limit my deer hunt to sitting in a fence row. So your paying thousands of dollars to hunt a few fence rows. If you live far away from the lease how many times can you actually make that trip. Also the other costs of lodging etc. Just my opinion but leasing land in Illinois is to risky for what they are charging.
