I've been video taping my bow hunts alone with a camera arm for a few years. This season I have a friend thats going to video tape my hunts. What are some setups are tips for having a cameraman with two lock on stands?

I do all my filming myself. But my setup is a swing arm camera mount that mounts to the tree and I also have a mount on my bow that will give either a first person view on the shot or a view of me depending on what one I want. I am planning on shooting all my hunts and posting them up when successful.

When setting up for a cameraman, we try to put the cameraman's stand above and behind the hunter's stand. You want the cameraman to be able to conceal himself as much as possible while still being able to see the situation unfolding. Be patient... hunting with a cameraman is hard! twice as much stink, movement and noise... The upside is that the footage is usually better (more complete and on target) and the hunt is more fun. Its nice having someone to talk to when things are slow.
