GoPro Filming
Does anybody have any tips for filming on GoPro cameras? I just got one and am trying to figure out the best ways to use it for hunting. Please let me know I you have any tips or tricks for making videos. Thanks

We mostly use Go Pro as more of a second angle camera although it you mount it to your bow it can get some decent footage if the animal is close. My suggestion is getting the Wifi Backpack combo for it. Makes it a lot easier to turn on and off and record with less movement. Also you can place it up to 600 feet away and turn it on and off and even record at the distance.

I completely agree with Team Radical. One of our guys was self-filming in November and had a buck come in. He got great footage of the approach, but the buck walked off (the primary) camera when the hunter stopped moving the arm todraw his bow. Fortunately, he had a GoPro on a micro mount screwed into the tree behind him. He was able to get a shot of himself and the shot all in one frame with the GoPro. He got some terrific footage! Without the back up, he would have missed the shot entirely.
