I would just like to thank everyone for helping my girlfriend find me a good camera. She ended up getting me a Sony HDR-CX110. I used it to film her first ever hunt on Myarcheryhunt.com (Katie's First Hunt). I love the camera and it is a good choice for someone starting filming like me. Just wanted to thank the Huntingnet community.

I'd strongly recommend a gopro action cam. Like those portable ones. You can actually mount it right one your bow or head or tree. Whatever you want. And it's in hd. Go to gopro(dot)com
