    I plan on ordering a 3130 head online. Do those come ready to install on a camera arm, or is there a mounting plate that needs to bepurchased also?

    Depends on which arm you have.........if it has a 3/8" mounting bolt it will bolt right on.........

    if you have the hunter cam pro it will be ready to bolt right on.
