Default Pics from down by the river...

I wish the first pic was centered - I still like the geese with the blue background.
Second pic is a hooded merganser.
Third and fourth are wood ducks from two different days.
I showed theflying goose pic to my buddy and he said it looks like I was shooting at him with a gun -all three shots right behind him -boom,boom,boom.
And the last pic is some deer standing in a row on my way home.
Trout season starts here on Sunday - hope to get some good pics then.
\Take care
Davey

I almost forgot to add the eagle pic. This is kind of a strange story- It was early in the morning, just getting light out and real foggy out. This immature eagle swoops down right in front of me and snags this fish about 10 or so inches long out of the water. Of course I missed the shot of him grabbing the fish, but got one as he was flying overhead. Anyways- he flew behind me over a cornfield and dropped the fish then went right back and landed in a tree over the river and started fishing again. Must be he was stockpiling them for lunch. Wish it wasn't so foggy out and a little more light - this would have come out alot better. You can almost make out the fish in his claws.
I did go and look for the fish when I left- I wanted to see what kind it was, but I couldn't find it.

Nice pics thanks for sharing! I hope you do not mind another 2 down by the river I took today. They are not as clear as when something gets in front of the object I still have a hard time of it.
