Mauser06, my guess is that they will be there tomorrow, unless a big cold front moves them out. It sounds like to me that the field that you saw them flying over is in thier flight pattern. I'd guess that they are roosting on one side or feeding on one side and may have a water source in the other direction and you have found thier flight pattern. I'd go back and set up in the fence line or avaiable cover where you saw most of them moving through, and after watching awhile, you will no if you're in the right spot or not, if not move to where you are seeing them cross most often. Good Luck!

well the guy wasnt feeling good so hopefully tomarow because after that it goes from 90s to 70s....i am going to try to get my friend to tell the guy that tomarow will be one of the best days to be there because of the "cold" coming...i kinda though we were right in a good fly way....should remain good until they all migrated out...i hope we get out tomarow after skool!

Mauser06 Out of idle curiosity I have to ask why, when there were thosands flying you would wait until another day to shoot some .I have always found with doves that you shoot them when thier there ,not try it at a later date .

i really dont know...and not being able to hunt anything else on sunday angers me because i am in school and saturday isnt enough time to hunt for me because i love hunting and my dad works 3-11pm so i cant go aftfer school...so its i miss school or dont hunt...and he takes vacation days on openers and some saturdays just for me...but i think sunday hunting should be legal if you wish to do so! im not sure why we can hunt crows and such? maybe because they are varmints? im not sure...
