Ditch Parrot ala Gregg
 

2 Ditch Parrots heavily leaded. 5 slices of bacon, 2 schallots, 6 mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, celery salt and a pinch of thyme. Lightly brown bacon, add schallots and mushrooms and saute. Add spices and Ditch Parrots, cover and cook til done. Serve over rice or noodles. Add veggies and you have a fine meal. Add no salt as Roost em has had enough;).
