I was taking it apart and didnt put it together right lol. But now I fixed it and shot it today. I shot about 40-50 rounds. It's so fun!!

Well good, your weapon is no use to you if you cant take it apart and put it back together again. I hope your gun lasts as long as mine has, heck my son will be using that same gun when he is my age. Also if i was you i would get you a fiber optic sight on that thang, they are great. talk at ya later

my favorite load is a winchester high brass game load with #5's 2 3/4 inch shells

I use a load by Fiocchi called "Golden Pheasant" It's a 2 3/4" shell loaded with 1 3/8oz of #5 nickel plated shot. They also offer the same load in 3" shells. One other that I've heard good things is Winchester's "Super Pheasant" loads. They have copper plated shot.

I use a #4 load. It seems to work for me.

Personally, if i am walking them up i'd use 5's. For driven birds, (heav 5's, 6's or 7's

If you are working with a flushing dog and expect longer shots the #6 hi brass is ideal (2 3/4"). If you are with a close working dog then #6 low brass is fine. I shoot about 50 birds a year and that is all I ever use (unless I happen to have some old #4 turkey loads I'm looking to dispose of)

I agree with WORC: Fiocchi "Golden Pheasants" 2 3/4 and 3" #5's and 6's. Excellent shells for pheasants.
