Default Pheasant Mount Picture

Here is a pheasant that I just got back from the taxidermist. I think he did a pretty good job. What do ya'll think?

Beautiful mount. My wife insists that before I get another deer done I have to get a nice game bird done. If you don't mind me asking, how much did it run you?

Ma Jay,
The mount was done here in Dallas. It ran $235 plus tax. The Flagg group did it. They had some awesome looking mounts at their office.

The place looks huge! I am having a tough time finding a local place that does waterfowl.

19" to be exact. That was one of the larger roosters I can recall shooting in recent years. It definately was a bumper crop last year where we hunt!

Nice looking mount. Out here its hard to find pheasant, at least on land that the farmer or owners don't have a cow about it being hunt on [:'(]
