beretta 686 problem

I own a beretta 686 o/u that I am having trouble getting to shoot consistently. Having very large holes in pattern with all size choke tubes. These are beretta factory tubes( ic,m,skeet) . Could they be the problem.Would an aftermarket extended choke help. Have shot different loads and manufacturer shells same problem.

Hi Ohio, call Beretta, their service folks are pretty good. They can help whether the gun is still under warranty or not.
