just to let everyone know i went on the hunt, and shot a total of five birds myself. Total our group got 19 birds. My 12 gauge was ripping them up, so i took the 12 gauge double barrel. Did a much better job of not ripping up the birds. When i switched withe the double barrel my dad wanted to try the 410. Shot 3 nice roosters with it which were killed instantly. He took a total of about5 or 6 birds. It was a great day, took some pics ill try to see if i can post them soon as they get developed.

i have been guiding on preserves for 4 years i have only seen 2 people use a 410 both times their hunting partner had to back them up knocking the bird down for the over confident 410 skeet shooters
pheasants--even preserve pheasants are tough birds some times guys with 20 have to rely on the dog to run the birds down
