How bad do you got it?
You know have the pheasant blues bad when you:
1. Mark opening day of season in May
2. When your bore is so clean you can eat out of it
3. You have cleaned your shotgun so many times the blueing rubs off
4. You open your gun safe and stare at your shotguns, and your not sure why
5. You buy your 3rd case of shells
6. You walk around your yard with your blaze orange vest on
7. You hear pheasants cackle in your sleep
8. You drive by your hunting area once a week to " check it out"
9. You rub so much mink oil on your boots you could ice skate
10. When you open the Hoppes #9 just to smell it
Feal free to add to the list, it is a long, long time till the roosters fly
I did see a bunch of hens with chicks this spring though
, hope the yotes don' t get to many of them[:@]
