Does anyone know if any Illinois counties still have wild pheasant. I don't mean pen raised birds released two weeks before season. What counties would be easier to get permission from land owners? Thank you

If this helps, most wild pheasant in Illinois are north of I74 and south of Il route 50. In between those two roads there arent any to speak of on the east side of the state, may be a few on the west side.
