I use to in the uplands. I have Stroeger SxS 20 gauge and a Century Arm Cinturion 28 gauge O/U. I actually like the 28 better than the 20

For quail I use a 20 ga. Browning Citori Feather, 26" barrels. For pheasants I either use a 12ga. Browning BPS, 26" barrels or a 12ga. Browning 802 ES, 28" barrels.

Ihave a Stoeger M2000 12 gauge. I love that gun. It's my old reliable. I'd love a Browning Gold Hunter.

For many, many years I used a Win mod.12/20ga for Quail & Turkeys and forDoves & Ducks a BRNA-5 12ga W/30"barrel & 28" barrel.

I use a Browning BPS too and love it. I have had it for a long time now and it hasn't failed me yet. Have used it so much that the blueing is worn off where my thumb rests and around the safety. Riffer, what engraving does your BPS have on it. Mine has Pheasants on one siddeand Turkeys on the other. I noticed that they stopped engraving the guns a few years back, so I hope your is older. They look so much nicer with the engravings.
