Beyond what you are going to hunt could you tell us where you hunt and how much you are willing to pay. $72k for a gun is insane for you and I, but Bill Gates probably has a monthly VISA bill that is less than that. Are you willing to look at used guns? This would open up a whole new realm for you. Most reputable gun shops have a good selection that they could also walk you through.

well in my area there are mostly pheasent so i guess that would be the main bird. can you shoot slugs from all 12 gauge guns.. buddy told me to get the moss 835 but i want something that would last...

There are certain shotguns you just can't go wrong with. The Remington 870 is one of them. Affordable and durable. You can't beat that. My dad gave me one in 20 ga for my 12th birthday. 13 years later it's still my only bird gun. In all that time I haven't had a single malfunction.
