WV Upland game bird hunter's H.B. 3272
If H.B. 3272 is inacted, all upland game bird hunters that either purchase, for their own enjoyment of hunting pheasant/quail/chukar and all subspecies or are patrons to shooting preserves( West Virginia's "Native Pheasant" the Ruffed Grouse excluded) will be subjected to a $20.00 "STAMP" known as the Upland Game Bird Conservation Stamp.

This state wants to charge for something that doesn't exist. There are no co-op hunting areas, no established food plots.
