These weapons are 2 inches and just short of 2 inches. Sharp as a knife.

Make sure you mount that one. According to my calculations, that one would at least tie for #4 all-time, according to the NWTF records. I pasted them in below.

I'd find out where the nearest NWTF scorer is, and get him to sign off on that. If you don't want him, just get the mount and sell it on ebay. He'll fetch a pretty penny.

The other measurements on the turkey were not that impressive.
He was around 20 lbs and only had a 9 1/2 inch beard. My guess is that he had rot at some point.

Not my bird, I think he did a fan mount.
An aquaintance of mine killed him. He is a very, very good turkey hunter. Have to be here in Miss. The birds get allot of pressure. Can hunt them from sunup to sundown so they tend to be a bit harder to hunt, also have allot of turkey hunters.
A South east bird.
We have some big ones here, I have killed 4 this year. One during a special fall season and three during our regular season. As below.

Fall season bird.
20#
9 inch beard
1 3/16 inch spurs

#1 spring bird
21#
11 inch beard
1 1/4 spurs

#2 spring bird
20#
10 inch beard
1 1/4 spurs

#3 spring bird
19 #
9 1/2 beard
1 1/4 spur
1 spur
