Bearded hen

I shot a hen turkey this spring with a 7 1/2 inch beard. Is this big for a bearded hen? I am wondering how long a big beard on a hen is. Thanks

I have seen many with 3-4 in beards but never 7-9 in. thats good size fur a hen.

of all the birds I have taken,only one was a hen with a beard. 6 3/4" most I have heard of is about 6" for the norm.
I have heard about 20% of hens have beards. the one I took is the only one I have ever saw????????????makes you think---where did they get the figures.
