Default Thermacell and Florida

Just wondered , can one get refills in WallMarts /Hunting Stores there?

I have one of these units and am going to be in Florida for the Turkey season so I thought this would be a good time to test it. The only problem I have is I have only 2 refills and need more. There is not much sence in taking this unit if I can not get the refills. Would anyone have any insight on this ? ...BT

you can get them at walmart or many of your hunting and fishing dealers in florida. i work in sales for a wholesale distribution center of hunting and fishing supplies and there are hundreds of dealers in florida with the refill in stock.

Adrian, if you go to their web-site, they carry a "summer pak" which is shown in the link below.

I have tested the Thermacell while bowhunting moose in September in northern Ontario and can say that Yes it works on black flies! Never used it in the bush while hunting but when sitting outside around the camp it worked great.

I didn't have mine last Spring but I did hear from other people that used it and they said it worked on them. I don't think I leave my house without mine at all this year
