Default can u trap turkeys?

is it even leagal to trap turkeys? my friend and i just set up some traps and we were thinking if we had a big enough trap is it ok to do this? and if so what size of trap to use? if i sound stupid just tell me, i can take it

you can't trap turkeys in the state of Fla. it is illeagle in the sunshine state.

It is possibly to do with out hurting them ,but its not legal anywhere I know of . I doubt a leg hold would be a very effective way to do it .

Like Halcon said it is possible to do but not legal.As for a leghold trap a you'll only injure the bird but won't keep it in the trap.I wouldn't recomend it.
