I've always liked M.A.D Calls, but thankfully I've never had a problem with any of their products. Nice to know they'll stand behind their products.

I am glad to hear you had good success with the custom crystal call because I just bought that exact call a few weeks ago from basspro.com. It was on clearance for 9.88. I was going to buy anyway but someone from this board pointed the clearance out and I bought it. I have been practicing with the call and it sounds great. It is a great looking call to.
