Thats because they dont live down south here in Louisiana, we have plenty of Mossy Oaks.

I like the Mossy Oak break-up.

RE: what's your choice in camo patterns?

I think Mossy Oak is the prettiest, but it doesn't really matter to the turkeys. Army woodland camo works great.

I like Mossy Oak Break-up as well. Realtree advantage and realtree brown are two great patterns as GobbCaller has already mentioned. These are the top two brands out there, Mossy Oak and Realtree. You can't go wrong with either one in my book!!

RE: what's your choice in camo patterns?

I used to use Mossy-Oak break up, but it looks very dark at a distance. I have switched to Advantage Timber for deer and turkeys and Advantage wetlands for ducks and geese. I heard realtree is coming out with this brand new 3D pattern that looked really good on tv this saturday.

I'm really supprised to hear that MOBU is the overwhelming favorite. Other fourms tend to like natgear or predator. I have all MOBU but i was considering natgear. Mossy Oak is coming out with a new BU. It will be on the market as soon as they sell up all the orginal BU. I work at a sporting goods store so i get the inside scoop.

MOBU... Is that like FUBAR? LOL

Anyway, Advantage Timber here.

Ive said this before, but I buy and wear whatever camo pattern is on sale. But I dont care for mossy oak break up cause its too dark. Although MO greenleaf is a good spring turkey pattern. But my favorite is realtree xtra grey.

RE: what's your choice in camo patterns?

I have twice as much camo as I do regular clothes,LOL. I have Mossy Oak in Brkup, shadowbranch, shadowleaf, treestand, forestfloor and the original. I have Realtree in the original, Xgrey, Xbrown,Timber and Advantage. Military BDU in both woodlands and tigerstripe. More, Skyline, Trebark and a couple of foreign military patterns, plus the old WW2 camo. I mix it up most of the time;i.e, Realtree Xbrown boots, Mossy Oak Forestfloor pants, Shadowleaf shirt, Timber facemask & gloves, Advantage boonie hat,BRKup vest and woodland pattern camo on 835. I think mixing it up is better then being decked out in one pattern.

Geaux get'em !!
