Welp the surgery has been done for about 2 weeks and I feel pretty good:D I think I will be making a full recovery. Just in time for Bow season:D

Be sure and ask your doctor what you do and what you should avoid in the way of physical activities.

Hey Mr. Longbeard I hope you heal up well. I too am familiar with back troubles. I have two buldging disks in my lower back. between the S1 and L4 and Between L4 and L3. It sure can get discouraging at times.
