My smallest was my first and only Jake at 19 lbs. Largest was 25 and a quarter lbs with a few birds at 21, a few at 22, a few at 23, and one at 24. All easterns...

Smallest - a jake weighing in at a whopping 12 1/2 lbs. Looked
more like a chicken than a Iowa turkey[&:] At the time
I was more than thrilled with him;)

Largest - a 28 lb. gobbler with 1 3/8" hooks & 11 6/8"beard...in
addition, one of my most memorable turkey hunts:)

my biggest bird was 21 3/4 lbs, 10 1/2 beard ,and 1 in. spurs.
the second biggest was this year,20 3/4 lbs, 7 1/2 in. beard ,and 1 1/8 in. spurs

the smallest gobbler i shot was about 15 lbs., 2 1/2 in. beard, and 1/4 spurs.
