Mike, best of luck and our prayers are with you. I have to say that my heart sank when I read your post. We don't know each other and I have been lucky enough not to know what you are going through but it must be terrible. I try to be safe out there all of the time but I know that accidents can happen. When you are up to it you might think about posting a little more about how the accident happened and what could have been done to avoid it. Maybe that way the information you share will help someone else to avoid the situation in the future.
