I rolled one over the other day... but he got up and ran off before I could react. Never had that happen before!
I've been having bad luck this season. I can get them going, but I have had bad luck getting them to come in... Oh well, we still have 2 more weeks.
My brother-in-law took a nice 22 & 1/2 lb longbeard in CT yesterday. He had a 10 & 1/2" beard and 1 & 3/4" spurs. Nice bird.

I've taken one bird this year here in Oklahoma. I haven't had much time to get out there but the time I have spent in the woods I've seen alot of birds. Looks like the populations growing around here.

I shot my 1st ever gobbler this year. This was my second year hunting.

STATS:
24lbs. 8ozs.
1 & 1/4 inch spurs
9 & 3/4 inch beard



Hopin for another 5th season too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I killed one Eastern and two Rios. All scored over 64. 64.25, 64.55, 64.75.
I had one heckuva a great season!

I called 15 birds in and we killed 11. I am on team 2 and tagged out in KY with 2 long beards, 20lbs, 7/8 & 1 1/8 spurs and 9 5/8 & 10 5/8 in beards.
