i am wanting to hunt here in florida, but i am new to it, and i am not sure where to hunt... do you know of any good pulic places?

hey, nice to meet a fellow gator... i know the lochloosa area fairly well, i have fished that lake about five times... two times by boat and about three times by the new pulic fishing pier in there... what all do i need to hunt there? just a hunting license? or do i need to do anything else? thanks so much for your help...

I've been hitting the Blackwater WMA outside of Milton this last week, haven't seen much of anything and heard even less, getting kinda frustrating, but being out in the woods beats sitting on your butt waching Jerry Springer;)

I just got back from Florida, killed a 16.5 pounder with 8.25 beard and 1" spurs, this was my first trip to Florida and I had a blast. I was at Richloam WMA for there first 9 day hunt.

I can't decide. After last season, I am optimistic, but I am quite certain we won't e top ten quality until Leak is a junior and a little more mature. great quarterack though, i am betting he will win the heisman in a year or two! are you gonna make it over for any games this season? tw, on a turkey related note, i am gonna go check lochloosa out and scout efore i decide wether or not to get a turkey stamp and a management stamp, i have a license though... thanks for all your help and GO GATORS!!!

i hunt around Monticello Fl and the birds have been fantastic! 3 birds dead in 4 hunts, and could have been 4 for 4, but was waiting on Big-Un to come in. The birds were absolutely red hot Sun am, had 5 in the area getting after it!!
