I have a Mossberg 835 and like it a lot. Nothing wrong with it and has nice camo pattern. Stock choke shoots good to 35 yards. You should shop around. I bet you could find one cheap somewhere. And if anyone tells ya it kicks to hard, call 'em a pansy 'cause I'm only 16 and can handle it ;)

Get ready to be called a pansy,It does kick hard with 3 1/2" loads,but is a great gun for the $$$.If you have alot of money Remington SP 10,10 ga. that is a semi auto,both 835 and SP10 come in camo models.Also I remember when I was 16,I could handle a lot more things,aint youth grand;)

If you also hunt deer with a shotgun, look at the Ithacas...

Right now, they have a combo with a rifled slug deer barrel and a ported turkey barrel for ~600. Also comes with a Tru-glo red dot scope.

Win 1300....you can get one cheap that's not rattley, spend another $100 or less for a good choke and a set of sights and you'll have a piece to be reckoned with....can't kill them but so dead.

You can get a camo Mossberg 835 (pump action) with sling and TruGlo sight for less than $400, a Mossberg 935 (3/12" auto), same way, for less than $550 at Cabela's right now.

Nothings gonna out distance the mossburg or i'd say go with it if it gave you more range. The turkey's just as dead with a $250-300 mossburg as with a more expensive benelli or remington.

REMINGTON!!!!! A big vote for remington out of those choices. I just got an 11-87 and wouldn't trade it for any of those guns. If you want a pump go with the Rem. 870 or the Benelli Nova. I like the nova better than the Mossberg. I think the mossbergs are great guns but I'm more of a remington man myself.

I like the remington 870. One shot is all it takes...an autoloader is not really required for turkey hunting. I try to avoid purchasing anything at walmart of sports authority etc etc...rather pay a few bucks more for excellent service at a local independent dealer.

Winchster 1300. I love, never have had any problems with it.

OH yeah, I keep on hearing one shot is all it takes...well...yeah. If you're a turkey and you get shot in the head once, your pretty much done for no matter what kind of gun you use. Its not rocket science.;):D

Come on people!!!!!!! Where's beretta? I shoot the al390 and I'll put it against any of those remmy's anyday . I shoot a KICK's GT tube .655 and 3" #5 Win HV's.:)
