electronic turkey calls

does your state allow electronic turkey calls and do you think they should be allowed.here in pa. unlawful to possess live turkeys as decoys ,or the use of dogs and electronic callers.

Same here in La, No Live Decoys or Electronic calls,
I cant quite figure out why someone would resort to using either while turkey hunting- Like Jalvja said, I would never use them and would probably write some letter to the Wildlife and Fisheries is they passed it.

here also i wouldn't use them, it will take the fun out of the sport.
i see on e-bay they are selling electronic turkey calls, that purr, cluck,gobble.its a hand held unit.i hope the hunters leave them alone.
they will be ok for practicing.

I work part time at a local sporting goods store and we've been selling quite a few of the Cass Creek turkey calls. They make about 6 different turkey sounds. Kinda neat to play with, but sounding so mono-tone wouldn't do much good in the turkey woods.
I hope the yahoo's who are buying them know that they're illegal...[:-]
