Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Default Should I buy a Comp-N-Choke?

I shoot a Browning 12 ga. with the invector choke system. I've taken a couple of birds with it over the last couple of years but I am not completely satisfied with the pattern it puts out with the full choke. Browning makes a Super Full choke that I have been thinking about trying but I heard that Comp-N-Choke makes a great choke and was wondering if anybody here has used one or has any comments about them. They are expensive but I was wondering if they are worth the price. www.comp-n-choke.com

Comp-N-Choke improved the pattern on my Mossberg 835.

In my opinion, a Kick's Gobblin' Thunder or a Comp-N-Choke tube are the only way to go! Match either one to the gun and load you are shooting and you'll be pleased!

Best thing I ever did for my turkey gun! The tight patterns I get with mine would be hard to beat. Also...I like the additional info they provide...which loads work best, etc. Had one shot on a trophy gobbler last year...turned into a one shot kill. I'm satisfied.

Anybody know where they are made?

I pass a place down the road going to the bow shop, and the sign out front says Comp-N-Choke or something like that. I was wondering if its the same place.

Well, it looks like you all agree. I guess I'll be giving Comp-N-Choke a try. Sounds like I'll be satisfied. Thanks for the responses guys.

Hey that is the place I was talking about! Its right down the road from my house!!! I might just have to stop in there and check them out.[8D]

I need a better choke for my new 835, and a front sight, I think the orginal one flew off when shooting. Kicks like a mule with 3 1/2's.
