Question is

How do I cut the wing off tomake sure I got all the bones I need?

The wing should be separated from the body like a chicken wing. There should be no bone or extremity left when you sever it at the main body of the turkey.

I cut right at the joint as this is the easiest with a sharp knife.

I think I have pictures and will psot a bit more tonite!

If youwant tomake yor own I am more thanwilling to give you a step by step process I do.

Say for those who are just getting started and those who just want to know this is how you take a wing off a turkey. At the body and you cut at the joint. Easy to do with a sharp knife.
