Sorry but you are both wrong,Cuttin is what a certain Canadian turkey hunter does while callin a turkey after drinkin beer the night before.Here' s a little hint,he doesn' t use his mouth or hands to make these calls.The turkey didn' t seem to mind this type of callin,but then it didn' t mind two other guys laughin their heads off
