Sitting here waiting...
So as I sit here in my truck at 5:30 AM on opening morning of the central zone opener in Florida I'm thinking to myself, why do I do this? Currently it's 43 degrees and of course I didn't dress warm enough, it seems like there is a hundred people parked next to me in the same spot and I had to drive almost two hours to get here. I'm guessing I do this because this is my one TRUE love and nothing gets my heart pumping like hearing that first gobble in the morning, but why do you all do it?

Welcome to Florida public land!!! (not all of it, but much of it)
I had a colorful experience opening day here (FL) saturday as well.
I loved the 43 degree weather, the day prior was 37 at the same joint, that was a bit chilly but if got the birds going bonkers on the roost
I turkey hunt b/c I'm pretty sure I'm clinically addicted at this point
