Gun Question

Anyone use an H&R Topper 88, or H&R Talo Squire for hunting Turkey?

My first gun (other than a BB gun) was a H&R Topper 20 gauge single shot shotgun.

Didn't kill any turkeys with it, but plenty of duck, pheasant, quail and woodcock.

To be a kid again !!!! :-)

Would have shot one if I had the opportunity back then.

i have i never shot a turkey with it but many a squirell and other pest have fallen to it i would say it is an OK turkey shotgun it never patterned great but it will vary for gun to gun

Never killed any turkeys with it but took a topper in 20 ga turkey hunting when I was younger. Had a uncle that is all he used was and H&R 12ga 3" full choke singleshot. He killed a bunch of turkeys with it.
