Default Spring time tree question

I live in north east and there are these trees than bloom first every spring they have what looks like a white blossom that looks like its kinda round almost like the dandelion white ball of fuzz...
Anybody might know what kind of tree this is I'm talking about?

Serviceberry trees are one of our first trees to bloom in the northeast. Apparently they got the name from providing a "serivce" to people, being one of the first signs that winter is ending and spring is arriving. The white flowers bloom in little round clusters:



But if it actually looks like fuzzy fuzz, could be a poplar tree:
