Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

This is how it works.

  1. All I need is your user name.
  2. I do not need an address and don’t post one.
  3. That is for you people to contact each other once paired.
  • Once we get a few names and at some point hopefully soon, I will randomly pick names out of a hat and pair you up with a fellow turkey hunter.
  • These pairings will be posted.
  • Once paired you two hunters or huntresses trade a call be tween you 2.
You are responsible to send a call to each other.

Then you use it, abuse it, make it sing, call in that big ole tom, or go bust!!
But write or post about your experience using it and hopefully harvest a big ole tom with it traded call.
You autograph the call with date and send it back to the owner.

This is purely voluntary and both hunters are responsible for sending calls back and forth.

Anybody in?
And I am open to comments.

Could we make this part of the contest? Trading calls within your own team?

I'm in. I thought about sending one to whoever scored the highest on my team anyway.

I guess it's hard to let go of one of your calls if you really like it....

Sure thing! I've got this one call that I have learned how to make yelps by using my flatulence. Problem is I can never remember which one goes in my mouth and which one goes in the other end......

It was an idea and seasons have not quite started as of yet but FL is close.

I'll pair up the people we have.

and our contest is way down in numbers too. Oh well. For some of you newer users here we had over 22 teams of 11 people back a few years.....

JW

Ps and Southerstrut - sure do what you like on your team. Trade calls there and is why team events can be a lot of fun. You guys and gals make the contest what it is.....we just try to give you a medium to conduct it with as what we do here is all for fun. Bragging rights is all that is awarded to the winners.

Why you reckon the numbers are down so much? Fewer turkey hunters?
