Well another one bites the dust in Leavenworth Indiana this morning.My young hunter who I call Turkey Girl got it done at 7:15 this morning for her Uncle Steve and I am proud of her. I screwed up on our hunt Saturday and could not be with her today so she went out on her own and got her a nice bird. 19 lbs. 9 1/2" beard and 1" spurs. She went to where we got busted Saturday morning and took up a good position where we had been before.Sat down and at 6:30 did some soft yelps and clucks,the bird did not gobble but she heard him coming,he was very close when she called. She saw him about 50 yards out and he walked right up to her 20 Guage blast. The second picture is her first bird from 2 seasons back. Come on Team members in Indiana your Turkey is still out there and willing!

Is Uncle Steve the same one on here as steve25? If so do you know what is going on with him? The team hopes every thing is ok for him as we have not heard from him in a quite a while..
