I have a turkey mount but now it don' t look so good.My siemese cat thought it would make a good bed and laid down on the top of it and pushed all the feathers down. Then if that wasn' t bad enough we were moving my sons room around and he pulled the head off.I can' t remember why it was setting on the floor but when I turned around he had it in his hand and I said NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

shawnee,
Both occurances you mention are my biggest fears!!!! My daughter wants a kitten and I' m leary about it. So far, my infant son only points to the mounts and does a funny yelps series ( I can' t get him to gobble )

Hey 14mercs! [8D]
The bird I have on the limb facing right is my best to date. Won two turkey contests with him, and it help pay for the mount, plus a muskie fishing trip in Ottawa.
