Default Longbeard gives one a ride

Me and my buddy decided to try for a double... We both were sittin in his ground blind opening day and were were surounded by gobblers... My buddy did all thew scouting and pretty much put these birds in my lap!!!

Anyhow after about 30 min of calling we had two birds walk by the bling within 5 feet... one was a strutter the other the looker...

Anyhow we had it planned out if two came in I would take the one on the right he'd take the one on the left... Just so happened the strutter was on the right ...

1,2,3 BOOM... My bird was in full strut facing directly away and i gave him a load of Hevi shot 6's at 20 yards right in the tail fan... Bird dropped in his tracks... My buddy 's bird required a second shot to finish the job

Stats
My bird 22lbs 3/4 spurs 10 1/4" beard
buddy's 18lbs 7/8 spurs 10 1/2" beard

Got pics just havent figured out how to post yet... One day
