Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Oh what a great day it is. I saw 2 toms this morning. They didn't have too bad of beards. Now just keeping both of them around until April 23rd.

I haven't seen many turkeys this year which is weird, usually they're under my neighbors bird feeder but not this year.
I did see a whole flock in the woods the other day only got a good look at a few and i saw 2 Jakes and one Tom, which is pretty good cause i only got a good look at about 5 or 6 of them.

Good luck!

Saw my first big flock of Turks yesterday, about 20 in a corn field kicking around. Went shed hunting and kept pushing another group through the woods, they were put put puting all over the place. Lots of scratching going on as they looked for bugs all through this part of the woods.

I had 27 turkeys walking right beside me yesterday while visiting a friends house.. The biggest one only had about a 5 or 6 inch beard. There was quite a few jakes in the group as well. While I was talking to my friend the turkeys came up to about 15 feet from me.. LOL That is because they are feeding them and the snow even though it is not very deep is keeping them coming in. They know I do not hunt that area so they are safe from me any ways.. But, then again when they start breeding none will be found around that area any ways..
