Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

I live in public housing in the middle of town and shoot my bow in the back yard every day. Every time I shoot, at least one cop drives by and looks at me. After 6 months I have never had a cop stop and come over.

Question is why are they loading there? Do they roost on your property or roost elsewhere?

make it so it don't feel safe there and they will move on.

Dog..end of problem!! If not a dog, then a huge hawk decoy might work!

A guy told me to put Pink Flamingos in my yard because they are uglier than the Turkeys and scare them off.

pink flamingoes and yote decoys. there's a couple interesting options. Most of the "whack 'em" comments are meant somewhat toungue in cheek trying to goad you into saying something controversial. Municiplaites, countiees and townships usually have specific by-laws whihc may outlaw bows but even if it was the season and legal wouldn't be fun right?

Now if you spend everyday chasing them turkeys away for awhile and they become scarce because of the human pressure would that make them "wild" turkeys tougher to hunt I wonder? Hmmmmm???? What if they busted outta the city limits to the public wma on the edge of town? Wonder if that would make 'em "wild". Naaaw probably not.
