Well i ever was in a situation like that i would make sure the other bird wasn' t lined up before i shot. However say i did, i would keep both because it would be a waste just to let the other one go to the predators and if an anti-hunter actually found out since i seriously doubt one would be walking around in the woods looking for no-no' s, but i think it would create more fuel for their ' cause' .
