Turkey Hunting Whether it's spring or fall doesn't matter to this bunch. Great tips on calling, bustin flocks, using blinds and more.

Hey JW......

Talking Hey JW......

So when you wanna come on over for a run at some Merriams?? Went down to the river side of our place yesterday to do some fishin', and got held up by a major traffic jam....might have to install a stop sign by the hay stacks??

Whiz -the whiz I know who can fix things with a rubber band and a piece of tape?

I was wondering when I saw your user name and said to myself....Hmmm.......

So you out in MT for good now and not in TN?

You betcha I want to hunt a Merriam ~ probably will never get a Grand Slam ~ but I sure would like a chance to whack a True Merriam!

And we gotta talk about the other upland birds!

yup, kimosabee, that's me!

Any time you want to head to the west, give me a shout. Lots of upland here, sharptails, huns, and pheasants. Pheaseant isn't open until mid October though, and you would definetly want to come on out for that.

Just let me know when you want to come on out. During the fall season, which opens early September, coincides with sharptails and huns. Pheasant opens mid-October, and they both run for a few months. There is a spring gobbler season as well. Along with our place, I've got some other friends, that will open up a few thousand more acres to hunt on.....so just make a plan and pack a bag!
