I have constant ringing in both of my ears and it makes it hard to hear anything. I am using a pair of muffs that works well. These ones are Howard Leight by Honeywell. They are Impact Sport that I can hear anything with out hunting. They too muffle out loud noises like gunshots. I can only say that I like them..
