Question

I was just wondering how many turkeys you guys have harvested in your careers and how old you were when you shot your first one? I am 18 and have 11 birds here in PA (that includes spring and fall seasons).

RE: Question

I guess I was a late bloomer also when it comes to turkey hunting. I didn' t start til I was 33 yrs. old.:( I have hunted 11 spring seasons and just a few days in the fall season since I started and have taken 19 longbeards and 1 fall jake (18 of the longbeards were killed during spring seasons). Only regret is that I didn' t start 15 yrs. sooner!;)

RE: Question

You guys all sounds pretty successful. What states do you fellas hunt in. Have any of you ever shot birds in PA? They say PA has the hardest birds to hunt I was just wondering if you guys have noticed that?

RE: Question

I hate the number' s game, but I was very serious about taking " gobbler' s only" since 1992. I have taken a few since then, some times 2 or somes times 1 per season, depending on how the season panned out!!;)
